By renting a vehicle from Idarides LLC ("Company"), you ("Renter") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your rental.
To rent a vehicle from Idarides LLC, you must:
The rented vehicle may NOT be used for:
Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Additional driver fees may apply. All drivers must meet the eligibility requirements.
The Renter is responsible for all damage to the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault. Optional additional insurance coverage is available at the time of rental.
The Renter agrees to pay:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund
Cancellations made 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement and repossess the vehicle if the Renter violates any terms of this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

This Vehicle Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Idarides LLC ("Company") and the customer identified in this agreement ("Renter").
The Company agrees to rent to the Renter, and the Renter agrees to rent from the Company, the vehicle described in this Agreement for the period specified.
The Renter agrees to pay all rental charges including but not limited to: daily rental rate, additional driver fees, insurance coverage (if selected), fuel charges, and any applicable taxes and fees.
A security deposit of $500 will be charged at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
The Renter acknowledges that the vehicle is received in good operating condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
The Renter shall not make any repairs or modifications to the vehicle without prior written consent from the Company. In case of mechanical failure, the Renter must contact the Company immediately.
The Renter must report all accidents, damage, or theft to the Company and local authorities immediately. Failure to report may result in full liability for damages.
The vehicle must be returned to the designated location at the specified date and time. Late returns will incur additional charges. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Only drivers listed on this Agreement and who meet all eligibility requirements are authorized to operate the vehicle.
Unless otherwise specified, rentals include unlimited mileage within the State of Idaho. Out-of-state travel requires prior approval.
The Renter agrees to:
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and repossess the vehicle without notice if the Renter breaches any terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
The Renter acknowledges and understands that renting and operating a motor vehicle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of property damage, bodily injury, and death. The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the rental and operation of the vehicle.
The Renter, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, representatives, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Idarides LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the Renter or any property belonging to the Renter while using the rented vehicle or participating in any activity related to the rental.
The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Idarides LLC from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
The Renter authorizes Idarides LLC to seek emergency medical treatment on behalf of the Renter if the Renter is unable to act on their own behalf. The Renter agrees to be financially responsible for all such treatment.
The Renter certifies that they have valid automobile insurance covering liability for bodily injury and property damage. The Renter's insurance shall be primary, and the Company's insurance, if any, shall be secondary.
By signing this waiver, the Renter acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release, that they are voluntarily entering into this Agreement, and that this waiver may affect their legal rights.
